The Kahnawake Gaming Commission is the licensing and regulating authority for gaming activities conducted within and from Kahnawake. The Commission's Regulations concerning Interactive Gaming were first enacted in July 1999. The Commission remains one of the premier licensing and regulating authorities in the world.
