Important build-up notices:
Ø The hours indicated on the floorplan is the maximum time available - it is your responsibility to ensure your project can be built on time, is suitably staffed and safe working practices are followed.
Ø If you determine that you have not been allocated enough time to build your stand design, you must make modifications to the design or address build methods and crew accordingly.
Ø Under no circumstances must anyone start to unload or build ahead of their agreed arrival time. If you do, you will be refused entry and liable to any charges as a result.
Ø Late working is only allowed with express permission from the organiser. Approval must be obtained at the Exhibitor Service Centre no later than 12:00 on the day the late working is required. Additional charges will apply. Requests submitted after 12:00 will be processed for the following day.
Ø All steelwork for upper decks MUST be raised by 20:00 on 12th January.
Ø All rigging MUST be flown by 12:00 on Thursday 14th January.
Ø All structural work MUST be complete by 16:00 on Saturday 16th January.
Ø Only stand dressing (stocking, graphics, AV, and cleaning, etc.) can be undertaken on Sunday 17th January. If you are found to be doing structural/messy work (sawing, cutting, sanding and painting) on Sunday 17th January late working fees will be applied (1200Euros per additional hour of construction or messy works.
Ø Exhibitors can access the exhibition halls at 12:00 on Sunday 17th January 2027 to visit their stand ahead of the show. However, as this is deemed a construction site, PPE must be worn.
Ø Exhibitor badge collection opens at 12:00 on Sunday 17th January 2025 at the South Entrance.
Ø You must schedule your deliveries. Do not deliver stand materials, furniture or product before your stand is ready to receive. If materials, furniture and product cannot go directly onto your stand, it will be taken storage, and you will have to pay the relevant storage fees.
Important notices on breakdown:
Ø Absolutely no structural breakdown is permitted until the time stated above. Product removal is still permitted.
Ø Vehicles over 7.5tonne will not be permitted to load until 10:00 on Thursday 21nd January 2027 unless prior approval from the Organisers has been granted.

If you need to work outside of the timings due to unforeseen circumstances, you must seek approval from the Organiser by 12.00 on the day of late working and additional charges will be incurred. Please note that exhibitor services (e.g. rigging and electrics) will not be available after 20:00.
Ø Ensure your vehicles are scheduled to arrive only when you're certain your stand has been fully dismantled. Trucks will not be permitted onto the lorry ways until our floor managers have confirmed they are ready to receive the goods onto the wagon.
Ø No structural breakdown is permitted on Wednesday, 20th January
Ø No contractor access is permitted before 19:00 and between 19:00 and 22:00 only product removal is allowe
